Fitness, wellbeing and dance
Fitness and dance activity can help with sleep, relaxation, and well-being and improve stamina, strength, balance skills, mobility, and flexibility. It can also build confidence and support other areas of life and has great benefits for memory function.
We have a range of courses to suit all levels of fitness and experience, from absolute beginners to the more advanced practitioner. Have fun and exercise safely with us while learning a new Zumba® routine or Pilates exercise. Explore the benefits of our yoga course to physical and mental wellbeing, or learn more about basic ballet techniques combined with artistry in our ballet course.
