Authority Monitoring Report

The Authority Monitoring Report is updated annually. It presents detailed data on planning permissions that have been granted and then built, in relation to our housing policies.

Housing Delivery Test Action Plan

This plan presents data on housing approvals and completions, and results of the housing delivery test (HDT), which is a percentage measurement that compares the number of net new homes delivered over the previous three years against the authority’s net housing requirement. It also identifies obstacles to housing delivery and actions for improvement. You can download the latest and previous plans below:
