Supplementary planning documents (SPDs)
Our Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) provide extra guidance about the policies in our Development Plan. SPDs explain how we expect our planning policies to be taken into account when you make a planning application. SPDs also set out how we will use the policies when making decisions on your planning applications.
These are our adopted SPDs:
- Heritage SPD
- Affordable Housing SPD
- Development Viability SPD
- Design and Access Statements SPD
- Residential Design Standards SPD
- Section 106 and CIL SPD
- Advertisements and Telecommunications SPD
- Dulwich SPD
The guidance in our SPDs is not formally part of the development plan and is given less weight when making planning decisions.
