Description
The Fendall Street Garages scheme will provide 16 new council homes in a five-storey building. We will also make improvements to the outside communal areas in St Saviours Estate and provide communal amenity spaces for new and existing residents.
The Maltby Street scheme will provide 24 new council homes in a five-storey block on the old car park and garages site opposite Woodville House, aligned with Maltby Street.
