This scheme would redevelop the site which is currently occupied by the Brandon Baptist Centre, Carey Court, Corbett House and Finley Court. The development would provide a mixed-use building made up of new homes, a community space, accessible parking and landscaped outside areas including a play area.

Due to the current economic climate, high-interest rates and rising construction costs, we are taking some time to look again at some of the sites where we had been exploring options to build new homes.

To make sure we are getting the best possible value for money on every site we build on, we may propose changes to some of our plans on individual sites, or we may delay our plans to build on certain sites until it becomes more affordable. We remain committed to building more council homes in Southwark and will keep you updated on our plans for this project.
