Support for tenants and rehousing options
The Housing team is responsible for day-to-day estate services and providing various services to tenants and leaseholders.
The team provides the link between people and place and acts as the eyes and the ears for our estates and as a champion for residents.
The team is responsible for:
- all aspects of tenancy management
- estate management - including inspections of blocks)
- managing anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- dealing with illegal subletting
- supporting rehousing and moves on active regeneration phases.
The team also works with vulnerable residents to ensure that their needs are met through the housing service. The team provides a signposting service for residents with additional support needs - making timely referrals (both internally and externally) to assist.
