Getting Universal Credit and other benefits

To get Universal Credit and other benefits, as well as payment for any work you may do, you need to open a bank account.

Ukrainian refugees are eligible for Universal Credit, which is a monthly payment from the government to help you and your family live in the UK.

The UK Government has advice about claiming benefits including Universal Credit.
