Scheme objectives

Some of the side streets around Camberwell have been perceived to be unpleasant, form barriers to accessing the town centre, and present safety concerns.

The Camberwell Pocket Places project aims to improve the appearance, usefulness and safety of some of the side streets around Camberwell.

The following Pocket Places have been identified for improvement:

Artichoke Place
Grove Lane
Selborne Road
Wren Road

Works to Wren Road and Selborne Road have already been completed:
