Viewing your Benefits claim
If you sign up for a My Southwark account you’ll be able to view your claim history and see copies of letters we've sent you.
Sign up for a MySouthwark account
You’ll need to register for a MySouthwark account to view your claim online.
Once you've registered for MySouthwark
Follow these steps:
- go to Your Accounts at the top of the page
- choose Benefits and tap the Finished button
- choose View
- enter your last name, date of birth, claim reference number, postcode and Natrional Insurance number
- choose link account and confirm if you would like to receive e-notifications
You'll only need to do this once - then you'll be able to view your claim every time you log into MySouthwark
