Viewing your business rates account
If you sign up for a My Southwark account you’ll be able to view statements, copies of your bills, details of discounts and a list of future payments.
Sign up for a My Southwark account
You’ll need to register for a My Southwark account to view your business rates account online.
Once you've registered for MySouthwark
Follow these steps:
- go to Your Accounts at the top of the page
- choose Business rates and tap the Finished button
- choose View
- enter your business rates account number, the business name and the postcode of the property. Please enter details exactly as they appear on your bill
- choose link account and confirm if you would like to receive e-notifications
You'll only need to do this once - then you'll be able to view your business rates account every time you log into MySouthwark.

No more paper bills
If you choose to receive e-notifications then you will no longer receive paper bills. Instead, your bill will be available online as an e-bill when you log in to your My Southwark account.
