Applying to use the council's approved list
If you're a council maintained school within the London Borough of Southwark, you're able to apply for access to the council's related approved list. This is managed by Exor Services Limited and allows you to gain quotes and tenders from a pre-vetted selection of contractors who meet the council’s supplier expectations.
If you're a school seeking access to Southwark Council's approved list, follow this step by step process:
- complete the online form for your school
- you'll receive a username and password within 10 working days, along with a new user guide
- log in, change your password on first log in
If you follow these steps, you'll be ready to request quotes or tenders from contractors.
