Turning your TRA Hall into a Southwark digital hub

As part of Southwark’s better broadband rollout, including the installation of free Wi-fi in community spaces across the borough, our Digital Inclusion team is offering support to any TRA that wants to set up digital training for their residents.

Any TRA that contacts us will receive a visit from our digital learning partner, who will help set up your community space as a digital hub that can offer resident-led training.

To get things off the ground, we will offer initial training drop-ins where residents can access advice and guidance alongside existing activities such as food distribution or social clubs. We will also help you recruit digital champions from your own community to ensure that your digital training continues.
