Leaseholder buybacks
The council has engaged at various stages with leaseholders since August 2011. It will seek to negotiate by agreement to acquire those remaining leasehold interest and pay compensation governed by compulsory purchase legislation to those leaseholders who have been displaced as a result of the proposed development and compulsory purchase order.
