Elmington regeneration

Redevelopment

The demolition and redevelopment of mid Elmington blocks (sites A to G) is phased.

We've programmed redevelopment into five phases:

Development of sites A and B (now complete)
Redevelopment of site C (former Camberwell Area Housing office, now demolished)
Redevelopment of site D (1-27 Benhill Road; 29-59 Benhill Road, demolition underway)
Redevelopment of site E (1-20 Houseman Way; 21-29 Houseman Way; 30-51 Houseman Way; 90-106 Benhill Road, demolition underway)
Redevelopment of site G (30-72 Lomond Grove; 1-20 Broome Way; 1-12 Flecker House, expected to commence winter 2016)
