Elmington regeneration
Refurbishment
In 2009, the council decided to invest in refurbishing five of the mid-Elmington Estate blocks.
All of the mid-Elmington estate blocks that were earmarked for internal and external refurbishment have been completed.
The blocks refurbished were:
- Proctor House, Brisbane Street and Flatman House (works completed in March 2012 and defects period concluded 31 March 2013)
- Drayton House and Langland House (works completed in July 2013 and defects period concluded 31 July 2014)
