Peckham Palms

We're planning to demolish a series of vacant garages along Bournemouth Close to make way for Peckham Palms, a unique and bespoke mix of commercial units.

The units will primarily be offered to businesses, mainly Afro-Caribbean hairdressers and nail bars, that need to be re-located temporarily during the work to create a new public square in front of Peckham Rye Station.

In June 2016, we announced that we were looking for a company to manage the site, and in particular to offer intensive business support to the beauty businesses to make Peckham Palms the 'go to' place for Afro-Caribbean hair and beauty.
