About the park

The park was once a dark and under utilised space primarily used as a dog exercise area. The park was redeveloped in early 2010 to create a grassy high quality play facility for the local community.

Facilities include swings, climbing elements, natural play features and food growing opportunities. The park is now a great place for families.

The park was developed with Section 106 funding and a contribution from the national Playbuilder scheme.
