Local parking amendments
A local parking amendment (LPA) is change to an existing parking restriction or the introduction of new one.
These tend to be carried out in locations where we have had a request to look at dangerous or obstructive parking and where small lengths of restrictions may be needed for the safety of all road users.
As these are non-strategic matters, your local community council takes all decisions in relation to these parking amendments.
