Estate resident permit
Who can apply
The following can apply for resident estate parking permits:
- estate residents (leaseholder or tenant)
- residents of estates managed by one of the following TMOs:
- Fair Community Housing Services
- D'Eynesford TMO
- Webber & Quentin TMO
- Wrayburn WCO
If your TMO is not listed above, you will need to apply for a permit directly with your TMO.
Supporting documents for application
When applying for an estate parking permit, the following documentation is required:
- proof of address - copy of vehicle registration document (logbook)
- your tenancy agreement will be required to prove your residency
- company letter (on headed paper) if the vehicle is hired including the duration of the hire period
Permit cost
- the first permit is free
- second permit (where applicable) is £92
Apply for an estate residents' parking permit
Renew your permit
A renewal reminder will be emailed to you 30 days before the permit expiry. To renew your permit, log in to your parking account, choose your current permit under active sessions in your account summary and then select renew permit. Your request will then be sent for approval.
