Pay for parking
During controlled hours, charges apply for parking in paid for bays. You can find specific parking times on a sign adjacent to the parking bay.

The map also shows all of Southwark’s zone parking bays and their days and times of operation.
Pay to park with paybyphone
PayByPhone is a quick, easy to use mobile phone service, which lets you pay for your parking with a credit or debit card, rather than using cash at a machine. When you park your car in an area featuring the PayByPhone service, you simply contact PayByPhone by phone or online to pay.
With PayByPhone, you'll:
- no longer need to carry change for a parking machine
- only need to register once to use the service to pay for all future parking
- receive text messages to alert you when your parking is about to expire
- be able to extend your parking without returning to your car
