How to enter and run for Southwark
The team to represent Southwark will be chosen based on the quickest times for a Parkrun (if your child has times for both a junior and 5k park run please submit both) . To be able to represent Southwark, you need to have been born, live or go to school in the borough.
Step 1: Register and submit your best time (on the form link below) from a completed 5K parkrun or a Junior parkrun (please submit both if you have them) between 4th September 2021 and 30th October 2022
Please note the terms and conditions of Park Run state that children under the age of 11 years are the responsibility of their parents/guardians and need to be accompanied at all times before, during and after the run.
Register to complete a Park Run at www.parkrun.org.uk/register no later than 6pm the Friday before you want to run.
Please could participants note that Parkrun is not a race, and all participants need to follow the parkrun code of conduct
Southwark LYG Cross Country Entry Form 2022
Step 2: All submitted forms will be assessed and times verified with Park Run before selection letters will be sent out via email. We will select 12 in each category.
If you are interested in representing Team Southwark please submit a completed entry form with your best time for a Parkrun by 9am on Monday 31st October 2022. We will then contact you to confirm if you have been selected or not and to provide further information.
