Tenancy fraud

We’re at the forefront in tackling tenancy fraud and we’ve recovered over 1,000 properties during the last three years.

In some instances, private tenants had been living in these properties completely unaware they were renting an illegally sublet property.

If you suspect someone of tenancy fraud and want to alert us, you can do so by completing the online form.
