Fire Risk Assessments FRAs

You can download the register of all FRAs for our blocks. Please note that this register is under constant review and updated annually. View the register of fire risk assessments

If your block has 7 or more storeys and you would like to view the FRA, visit our Fire risk assessments for council-owned properties page. If your block has less than 7 storeys you can request a copy of a fire risk assessment online.

If you're a leaseholder who lets out their property (landlords), you must comply with The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015, which sets out your legal obligation to install smoke and CO detection units on your property.

Fire safety information packs

Following the tragic fire at Lakanal and the coroner's recommendations, we've published fire safety information packs for all of our purpose-built blocks of 10 storeys and above, as well as lower buildings with complex design and construction. The packs are specific to each block and explain the property's particular fire safety features. They also provide general fire safety advice and useful information.
