Reporting housing repairs
Repair appointments
Most repairs will have appointments and you can choose a convenient time slot:
- morning - 8 am to 1 pm
- afternoon - 12 pm to 6 pm
- school run - 10 am to 3 pm
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, log into your MySouthwark account or email us at repairs@southwark.gov.uk to let us know.
When reporting a repair by email, please give us as much information as possible about the problem you are reporting.
You can help prepare for the repair by:
- clearing the area needing repair (move furniture, curtains or carpets)
- ensuring you (or another adult) are at home for the entire appointment time slot
