21 - 23 Parkhouse Street
Description
The site is located on 21-23 Parkhouse Street and is currently occupied by a warehouse. The proposal is to demolish the warehouse and create two new blocks (Block A and Block B). Block A could be five storeys high and for commercial use while Block B could be a seven storey step up to 10 storeys with commercial space on the ground floor and 33 mixed tenure homes above.
We could provide 16 new council homes for social rent and 17 homes for private sale.
