Description
We’re building 24 homes and three retail spaces on Penry St as a way to improve the area for all residents, as well as provide new homes.
These new homes will be built on the site of the former petrol station at the corner of Penry Street and Old Kent Road, and will provide:
A five storey mixed use building made up of three retail spaces on the ground floor, 24 flats with cycle parking at ground level, garden areas and roof garden.
There will be 13 homes for social rent and 11 private sale homes.
