Cator Street (Extra Care Phase 2)

Description

Cator Street 2 is a second phase of development on the site of the former Southwark Learning and Resource centre. The first phase, Tayo Situ House, is a new 42 home extra care facility completed in early 2017.

This phase will deliver:

a new day care centre
a community and information hub on the ground floor
a new community multi-purpose space
50 extra care homes linked with Tayo Situ House
eight additional wheelchair council homes on the ground floor
