66 Linden Grove
Description
This scheme could redevelop the site of the existing temporary accommodation unit at 66 Linden Grove and 1-2 Limes Walk to provide a residential block. The new block could provide 27 new affordable homes in a four storey block and an additional row of terrace houses of two to three storeys. The internal and external sides of the building in 3 Limes Walk could also be refurbished.
The proposed development could widen the pavement on Limes Walk, reconfiguring the car parking bays. The designs include a landscape upgrade to an existing internal courtyard to provide landscaping and play space. We could also provide a single storey garden building for residents in the estate's allotment area.
