We offer:
- 30 minute to 1 hour appointments - for complex enquiries about Council Tax and Housing Benefit
- 15 minute fast-track service appointments - for document submission and general enquiries regarding Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Blue Badge applications
Remember to bring your booking reference and any relevant documents with you to the appointment
