Self service

Our service point also offers a walk-in service, where you can:

  • access self-service terminal and telephones
  • pay services online or by automated phone
  • book repairs (emergency repairs and follow-up repairs will need to be booked via our contact centre)
  • access your MySouthwark account
  • Housing Solution

Payment facilities

You can make payments in the following ways:

  • setting up a direct debit
  • online (you’ll need a MySouthwark account)
  • calling 0345 6000 611 (you'll need your Rent account number)
  • by payment card at your local Pay Point (PP) or Post Office (for Rent, Council Tax, garages)
If you pay by debit or credit card at a Pay Point (PP) outlet, charges may apply
