Our service point also offers a walk-in service, where you can:
- access self-service terminal and telephones
- pay services online or by automated phone
- book repairs (emergency repairs and follow-up repairs will need to be booked via our contact centre)
- access your MySouthwark account

Payment facilities
You can make payments in the following ways:
- setting up a direct debit
- online (you’ll need a MySouthwark account)
- calling 0345 6000 611 (you'll need your Rent account number)
- by payment card at your local Pay Point (PP) or Post Office (for Rent, Council Tax, garages)
