We're unable to hold these events at our offices during this time. However, we'll be delivering events online and hope you can still attend.

Our forums aim to:

support and inform landlords around key legislative/policy changes concerning the private rented sector
promote good practice
seek new business opportunities to procure private rented accommodation
gain insight and feedback from the business community

We'll be holding a special landlord forum event to discuss Southwark's proposed Property Licensing Schemes. A public consultation on the schemes runs from 19 February 2021 until 7 June 2021. Find further initial information.

Due to changes in dates for the London Pre-Election Period, we have had to bring forward the date of the next landlord forum (66046).

Our next landlord online forum is Thursday 18 March 2021 between 6-7pm via Zoom
