Works and lease packages

You could take the hassle out of the refurbishment process by allowing the council to contribute towards the costs. We can carry out an inspection of your property, draft a schedule of works and get competitive quotes from approved contactors. We will then oversee the refurbishments works.

When finished, we will let and manage your property and pay you a guaranteed rental income for the duration of the lease. The works costs will determine the length of the lease.
