Buying the freehold of your building from us
Valuation and completion of sale
We'll instruct our valuers to arrange the valuation and negotiate the price with you. You should also find a professional valuer to act on your behalf. If we can't agree on a price we may refer to the First Tier Tribunal.
Once a price has been agreed we'll complete the process to authorise the freehold sale. Both parties can then instruct solicitors to complete the conveyancing process.
You must pay all outstanding service charges and costs relating to the flat.
