Get 24-hour NHS help in a mental health crisis

If you need urgent help for your mental health, but it's not an emergency, contact the local NHS 24-hour health support line on 0800 731 2864 (option 1). Find out more about the mental health crisis service from the NHS South London and Maudsley Hospital or call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

In an emergency always call 999.
