NHS digital weight management programme for adults living with obesity and diabetes or high blood pressure
The NHS Digital Weight Management Programme supports adults living with obesity, who also have either diabetes or high blood pressure or both, to improve their health and manage their weight.
The NHS Digital Weight Management Programme is a 12-week lifestyle and behavioural intervention that people can use on their smartphone or computer. It can be hard to keep healthy, but with support from this programme you can take control of your weight and significantly reduce further health risks.

Healthier You: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme
Healthier You provides tailored, personalised support to help you reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes. This includes education on healthy eating and lifestyle, help to lose weight and physical exercise programmes. Together, these have been proven to reduce the risk of developing this condition. If a blood test shows that you are at risk of type 2 diabetes, you should be referred to the service. You can self-refer to the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme or ask your GP for more information.
Walking Away From Diabetes
Walking Away From Diabetes is a half-day workshop designed to help you lower your blood sugar levels, improve your lifestyle, and stop you from developing Type 2 diabetes.
