Forma welcome applications on a rolling basis from artists, writers, designers and curators seeking an affordable studio for rent. Located just off Bricklayers Arms roundabout, this development houses artist studios, a residency space, a central event space, and a large rooftop garden.

Hotel Elephant

A not-for-profit company providing space for arts, culture and creative enterprise. Their three studio locations are within a 10-minute walk of Elephant & Castle station. Spaces range from 100 to 600 sqft with prices starting from £260 per month, all on flexible contracts. Services include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, cleaning and utilities. Studio members get access to showcase opportunities, bookable project spaces and members' events. London Performance Studios

A versatile selection of creative studio and rehearsal spaces in Penarth Street, Peckham. Ranging from 5m x 5m to 12m x 16m and available for weekly and longer-term hire. Discounted community rates are offered for residents, and discounted charity rates for not-for-profit organisations. Three new spaces are now available with ground-floor level access.

London Sculpture Workshop 

London’s first open-access sculpture workshop for artists and makers of 3D arts. LSW offers a superbly equipped metal and wood workshop and additional mould-making and ceramic areas and over 2,500 sqft of flexible working areas.

Out Of Order Spaces

A workshop space provider, founded by makers, for makers. They provide affordable, collaborative workshop spaces, home to woodwork, metalwork, casting, ceramics, design, artists, furniture, screen printing, and more. They offer dedicated, private workspace for your business on our workshop floor (priced individually). Or membership to a shared access space.

Oxo Tower Wharf

The iconic riverside building at the heart of London's South Bank is home to studios for designer-makers and craftspeople on the first and second floors, providing a unique opportunity for a studio and showroom in one, with an open door to the public too. Peckham Levels

Peckham Levels is home to over 80 independent businesses and organisations from the local area. Peckham Levels provides fair or supported rent to creative workspaces within the venue and is proud of the diverse range of makers and doers that call the building home.

SL Creatives Studio

A 500 square foot creative studio and additional green room situated in Peckham Levels. SL Creatives Project CIC aims to support people in employment and paid internships and offer affordable, well-equipped studio spaces.

Tannery Arts is a small independent charity, providing affordable artists studios in Camberwell and Elephant & Castle.

Vanguard Court Studios

Vanguard Court Studios has a range of artists working alongside one another, from set builders to wood carvers. The studios have a regular open studios programme.
