Increasing energy efficiency in council homes

We have 90 central boiler houses, which provide heating to 22,000 council homes. We're looking to improve the boiler houses' energy efficiency to help reduce energy costs for council and tenants, as well as help tackle climate change.

Loft and cavity wall insulation

If you'd like to install insulation in your property, you must first obtain our permission. You can find further details in your tenancy agreement.
