How we contact you
If we have your contact details we'll aim to contact you by either text or email, as well as issuing formal notices.
These emails and texts aren't part of the legal Council Tax billing and recovery process, so please don't depend on them to remind you to pay.
We're updating some of our messaging so that if your device supports Rich Communication Services (RCS) you'll see that we are a verified sender, so you'll know that the message is genuine.
You may still receive standard text messages from us while we develop this service, but links in these messages will always include southwark.gov.uk.
