Help to get food and other essentials

Get help if you can’t afford to buy food or can’t access food, by applying for crisis support, find ways to increase the money you have or by using local food banks, community pantries or low-cost food options.

Some families with children aged under four and pregnant women living in SE1, SE5, SE15 and SE17 can get  free vouchers to use on fruit and vegetables at local markets.

Other ways that families with children aged under four and pregnant women may be able to get help to buy healthy food and infant formula

Clothes and equipment for babies and children under five years olds

Little Village provides families with good quality second-hand clothes and equipment. If you need help to provide basic essentials for your children ask a voluntary organisation, health visitor or midwife to refer you for support
