We survey our staff regularly, at least once every two years, specifically questioning ideas about our equality policy and practice.
Support for staff and applicants
We're an accredited member of Disability Confident Employer Scheme, which is recognition by the Department of Work and Pensions that we're meeting commitments on the recruitment, employment, retention and career development of disabled people.
