Workspace provider list

We are working in a number of exciting growth areas, including Canada Water, Elephant and Castle, Old Kent Road and Peckham. We want all major developers to consider the provision of workspace in new developments and to do this as early as possible in the application process. 

Demand for workspace premises is high in Southwark, and we believe that workspace providers can play a significant role in business and skills development by providing a well-managed workspace for the borough’s entrepreneurial and small business base.

However, the benefits of working with workspace providers are broader than this and include opportunities for business support and development, as well as creating links between the borough’s skills provision and growth sectors.

Therefore, we have created a list of workspace providers to operate in the borough following a detailed application and screening process. This list is intended for use by developers to consider the kind of workspace provider they could work with, and will be presented to potential developers shortly after they make an application in the borough. However, it's freely available for use by any businesses and residents in Southwark.

The providers were assessed on their:

• experience in providing managed workspace
• support provided to tenants
• ability to add local value
