Abandoned cycles
If a member of the public reports an abandoned cycle or cycle parts to Southwark cleaning, we'll put a notice on the cycle or parts giving the owner 7 days to remove them. After 7 days, Southwark cleaning will remove them within 3 days.
We'll keep cycles that are complete for a period of 1 month to give the owner a chance to reclaim. Once a month has passed, the cycles will be disposed of accordingly.
We can only remove cycles/parts from Southwark council estates, highways and pavements that are maintained by Southwark cleaning
