About me and my connection to Southwark

London-based Chantel has a special focus on beauty and portraiture. She is passionate about creating visual stories with a cinematic edge.
After university she built her photographic experience whilst working as a photo assistant, then progressing to producer and studio manager.
Her work has a beautiful cross over from soft and gentle to bold and dynamic. She just loves a POP of colour. As a black female photographer, she is aware of the lack of people like her within the industry, and she strives to strike a more inclusive balance within her work.
I work in a photo studio in Kennington, London.
