Our Economic Wellbeing Strategy 2017-2022 (PDF, 2.2mb) sets out the goals we're aiming to achieve by 2020, and how we can work together with our partners to make Southwark a place where:
- people of all ages have the skills and drive to make the most of our central London location
- businesses grow and prosper
- town centres and high streets thrive
- our residents are financially independent
Cultural Strategy
The Southwark Cultural Strategy (2017) [SP420] (PDF, 3mb)
- sets out our vision to deliver cultural and creative prosperity.
- provides a framework for cross-council and partner work in events, arts, heritage, libraries, regeneration, licensing, public health, education and planning.
- includes commitments to enable the growth of the creative economy and to provide creative workspaces/ cultural venues.
