Passing of former Mayor of Southwark Bob Skelly

Councillor Kieron Williams, Leader of Southwark Council, said: “We are deeply saddened by the passing of former Mayor of Southwark, Bob Skelly, a dedicated public servant who served North Bermondsey with unwavering commitment. Bob’s extensive career in education and his passion for local issues enriched the lives of countless young people and residents. His lasting impact on Bermondsey will be remembered for years to come. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.”
