Repairs rights and responsibilities
Alterations to your property
If you wish to improve your property at your own cost (such as a new kitchen or extra sockets) you must get our permission first. We may need to inspect the work afterwards to make sure standards have been met.
If you're a council tenant, you should email repairs@southwark.gov.uk to request permission.
