The scheme provided 13 new council rented homes across the three blocks of the Tustin Estate along with a new concierge and Tenant Resident Association facilities. These new dwellings are utilising the previously unused space under the blocks. External works will be carried out to all three blocks which will include UPVC windows, external wall insulation and rain screen cladding to all elevations and balcony enclosures.Legend
