LeatherMarket, Elim Estate
Description
One-to-one consultations with residents of the Elim Estate began in Autumn 2018. Based on feedback from over half of the residents on the Estate, Leathermarket CBS developed a design brief for the sites that includes new community space and indoor recreation facilities, as well as up to 34 new homes.
