MySouthwark service point

MySouthwark service point offers advice and information Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

You'll be required to book an appointment to access most services. Use the online form to book an appointment or visit the MySouthwark service point.

If you need assistance with online forms, or submitting documents, the MySouthwark service point offers a phone service.
We will phone you at the appointment time requested.
Please ensure you have your reference number and required documents ready for your phone appointment.

Book an appointment

We offer:

  • 30 minute to 1 hour appointments - for complex enquiries about Council Tax and Housing Benefit
  • 15 minute fast-track service appointments - for document submission and general enquiries regarding Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Blue Badge applications
Remember to bring your booking reference and any relevant documents with you to the appointment
