Earn money from your property

If you’re a local landlord of one or more properties and are looking to let, we would like to work with you.

We offer two schemes to let your property that are sure to interest you. They include benefits such as guaranteed rent and incentive payments and unlike lettings agencies, we don’t charge fees.

If your property has been empty for a long period of time and requires refurbishments works to bring it back into use, you may be able to apply for empty homes funding assistance.

Since 2011 we’ve helped over 500 landlords to let their properties. We deal with lettings agencies, landlords and portfolio landlords.

Scheme 1: the social lettings agency

If you don’t want the hassle of property management and would like a long term, guaranteed income, then our social lettings agency may interest you.

We offer:

  • a guaranteed rent paid directly to your bank account even if the property is empty
  • regular visits to the property to ensure the tenant is looking after it
  • a lease of up to five years
  • full management of all tenant issues including day to day repairs where the tenant has caused damage
  • guaranteed vacant possession at the end of the lease
  • no fees or charges for our service

Scheme 2: the finders fee scheme

The finders fee scheme is a free tenant finding service. We find you a choice of tenants and offer an incentive payment and rent.

We offer:

  • cash incentive
  • the possibility to choose the tenant that suits you
  • a fast service - if you're ready to let, we can send tenants to you the same day
  • a no fees or charges service

Scheme 3: the self-help scheme

The self-help scheme is a service where residents threatened with homelessness are housed within the private sector. The tenant finds a landlord with suitable accommodation and we offer an incentive payment and deposit.

We offer:

  • cash incentive
  • a no fees or charges service
